FAQs
Q: Can you dismantle and remove a shed?
A: Yes in many cases—send photos and we’ll confirm scope and cost.
Q: Do I need to be present?
A: Not always, if safe access is provided and “keep” items are clearly separated.
Q: What if I’m not sure whether an item is restricted?
A: Send a photo before booking.
Q: What items can you not remove from a garage?
A: We cannot remove asbestos, oils, solvents, paint, chemicals, or medical waste. If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before booking, and we will confirm. A full list of restricted items is available in our Terms and Conditions.
Q: Do I need to clear the garage myself before you arrive?
A: No. You show us what needs to go, and we do the clearing. If there are items you want to keep, set them aside or point them out when we arrive, and we will work around them.
Q: How is the garage clearance priced?
A: Most jobs are priced by the volume we remove, so smaller garages cost less than larger ones. Garage clearances start from £129. Send us a few photos, and we will give you a fixed price before we arrive, no surprises on the day.
Q: Do you carry out garage clearances for both homeowners and landlords in Newport?
A: Yes. We work with homeowners reclaiming their garage space, landlords clearing between tenancies, and families dealing with a property that has built up over the years. Whatever the situation, get in touch, and we will confirm we can help before you commit to anything.
Q: How quickly can you carry out a garage clearance in Newport?
A: Most garages are cleared in a single visit. We can often book within the same week; send photos and your preferred date, and we will confirm availability as soon as possible. If you need a wider service, view the household clearance page.
