FAQs
Q: Will you take furniture from inside the house?
A: Yes. We can collect from the room, hallway, garage, or another agreed-upon area, so you do not need to carry heavy items outside first.
Q: Do you provide a waste transfer note?
A: For non-hazardous commercial waste, a WTN is normally required—confirm with us at booking and we’ll align the paperwork to the job.
Q: Can you remove electrical items?
A: Yes—flag WEEE items in advance so the route and handling are correct.
Q: What can’t you take?
A: Restricted/hazardous items (including asbestos and chemicals/solvents) are not accepted—see Terms & Conditions.
Q: Do I need to move the furniture outside for collection?
A: No. One of our biggest USPs is that we collect from inside your home. Whether it’s an upstairs wardrobe or a heavy sofa in the lounge, our team handles all the lifting and carrying.
Q: Can you take mixed items with furniture?
A: Yes. We can often collect furniture alongside boxes, small household items, and bulky waste. Send photos of everything so the price is accurate.
Q: Do you clear furniture after a house move?
A: Yes. We can remove leftover furniture after moving day, including wardrobes, tables, beds, desks, chairs, and other bulky household items.
Q: What items should I flag before collection?
A: Let us know about very heavy furniture, built-in units, items that need dismantling, restricted parking, stairs, long carries, or anything that may affect safe removal.
Q: Are you insured if something gets bumped during the move?
A: Yes. We are fully insured for public liability and goods in transit. We take extreme care in your home, but you have total peace of mind knowing we are professional, licensed carriers.
