Do I need to be there for the clearance?
Not always. If I can get in, with keys left with a neighbour, a key safe or an agent, I can clear it and send you photos when it's done.
Can you set aside things I want to keep?
Yes. Mark or tell me what stays and I'll work round it. If I'm not sure about something, I'll put it aside and ask.
